On this date, a Rone Engineering Services, Ltd. representative arrived on site as scheduled to observe earthwork
activities.
Upon arrival, the contractor w/ Martooth Excavation was digging out and screening the fill from the west road around the
sanitary sewer trenches. The contractor is using a 3" screen to clean the fill for use as backfill in the trenches.
