As we discussed 8/20 Eddie Burns of RSI will be here in Fort Worth next week for most of the week.
Please give me a call Monday mid-morning so we can schedule a meet.
As a reminder, we had some action items from our 8/20 meeting.
1. Eddie asked for plans from the existing bungalow. I provided those
8/24 by email. Additionally I provided a detailed inventory of the crossing equipment also by email.
2. Regarding agreements I provided DART/City contact info by email on 8/20 for our VP Administration
Patsy Hayes. You and Patsy exchanged emails 8/24 - she wrote, "I need a copy of the agreement
between the City and Dart. I also need a copy of the bids that were submitted."
Please send the bids when you send her the draft agreement if you don't mind.

is 2495 E. Long Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76106. When you get here you'll see a big FWWR sign curbside -
come on back over one RR crossing (look both ways) then park at visitor parking on your right - go inside

We can meet here in Coppell if you like. That should be half way fr each of you. We can then call the RSI
folks on the speaker phone.
The City of Coppell would like to resolve this as quickly as possible, as we are proceeding with the rest of
the construction at this time.
