There are a few items that have anged from the previous bid that we need some clarification on. The itial bid had a Fixed Fee (profit) of 10%, and this one has increased 15%. Can you either explain the difference to our satisfaction, or duce it to the previous level? This estimate also includes a 2% bank ter est expense that was not in the previous estimate.
