We are in favor of the idea of remixing the entire street and overlaying the whole thing at once. We would prefer to see a
little more thickness than the 2" though.

Basically we will be milling up the existing hmac and then use the
millings to recompact. We would then overlay with 2"

Not sure if you got my voicemail about the reclaim on Mitchell,
But as long as it's ok with you, We can make a $0 change order by
reclaiming the HMAC on Mitchell like we talked about before.
