This agreement and the authorization for the expenditure was approved at our City Council meeting this
past Tuesday night. The forms were to be signed by our City Manager and sent back to FWWR. Let me
check on the status of that.

Hi Keith,
I understand FWWR is waiting for the City to execute the agreement with the
Railroad. When do you anticipate that happening? Our signal contractor is
scheduling some other construction work and they'd like to do it in the same
period of time they do S. Coppell Rd. Your crossing job requires
specialized gate mechanisms so they're interested in getting a written
notice to proceed (of some type) so they can order the gates.
Please give me an update when you have time if you don't mind. This will
expedite the signal part of your project.
