Keith,
Just received an email from our signal contractor's office in Tulsa.
Construction Supervisor Jim Stevens indicates that they're planning to start
construction on November 9th. I've cc'd him here.
Jim - please read email below and then contact Keith directly to discuss
schedule. Notice that there are two other parties the City needs
coordination with. Typically we'll need more than four days lead time to
coordinate.
I'm okay with the November 9th start date if the City is okay with it. I
would, however, need to hear from you today by phone so we can discuss the
train schedule and make sure your people are adequately protected during
construction.

Guido,
All agreements relative to the railroad crossing of South Coppell Road have
been approved by the Coppell City Council. Please consider this email as a
request to commence work at your earliest convenience on the signal and
surface upgrades as detailed in said agreements.
Please have your contractors coordinate with the City of Coppell Inspector,
Rick O'Dell, at 469-576-7709 and James Scott with JRJ Paving at
214-205-7209.
I would like to invite all interested parties to a meeting here at Town
Center (255 Parkway Blvd) for a kickoff meeting on Tuesday 11/17/2009 at
2:00. This will facilitate introductions, and allow some discussion on
schedules. Please let me know if a different time or date would be better
for you.
