Patsy,
I am processing the RSI invoice today. I inspected and accepted the
completed signal construction yesterday with the RSI foreman.
Don't forget that we can't close this agreement out until Trac-Work
completes the crossing surface.
Keith - Trac-Work is ready to schedule the crossing panel work whenever the
paving contractor completes the headers...you might touch base with JRJ on
that and let me and Doug (Trac-Work) know where it's at.

I received a call from Erica at Railroad Signal Inc. concerning the crossing
at Coppell Road. I understand their work is complete, or will complete
shortly, and that they are preparing an invoice.
The way I read our agreement with FWWR, the city is to pay FWWR upon
completion, and that FWWR will pay their contractors. Is this correct? If
so, please coordinate with RSI, and send us an invoice for the portion
completed to date. In order to pay the contractors directly, I will likely
need to go back to City Council to modify the previously approved agreement.
