Where is the backup information. Who did the work and how many hours did they work. This cannot be paid
on the invoice alone. If you are submitting time/per diem reports, they must be signed by the employee.

I received a call from Erica at Railroad Signal Inc. concerning the crossing at
Coppell Road. I understand their work is complete, or will complete shortly, and
that they are preparing an invoice.
The way I read our agreement with FWWR, the city is to pay FWWR upon completion,
and that FWWR will pay their contractors. Is this correct? If so, please
coordinate with RSI, and send us an invoice for the portion completed to date. In
order to pay the contractors directly, I will likely need to go back to City
Council to modify the previously approved agreement.
