RE: COPPELL ROAD SOUTH
I don't have James' proposal to you in front of me so I am not sure hat
he gave you. Jimmy met with Rick and then gave us the measurements and I
fairly certain it did not include the driveway, as you said it is
covered under another pay item and uses different material.
I will put it where ever you want but I have to buy 24 tons at a minimum
and I will furnish and install it for $50.00ton.

Marty,
I'm having a hard time justifying the expense. I think we should do
something from the top of the headwall to the edge of the slope of the
yard. I do not think we should bring it into the yard, and especially
not all the way to the asphalt. The driveway itself is covered under
pay item # 129. My estimate is it would take about 9 tons to cover this
area.
The proposed cost of $100/ton seems high to me.
If we can cover the area described above for $500 then I would authorize
you to proceed.
Call me in the office to discuss this.
Thanks,
Keith

Any news on the rip rap at the end of Mitchell, I have a crew that can
install this week if we get the approval.
