RE: Heartz Rd - Final Plat
I have reviewed the proposed plans for this project and have the
following comments:
Show a main line valve on the 12" water line where it connects
to the 16" water line on Parkway.
Show easements for the 12" & 15" sanitary sewer lines outside
the proposed right-of-ways.
Where the 12" sanitary sewer is proposed to run under the
box culvert, need to show concrete encasement and DI pipe.
