Keith/Ken,
Just a quick update on the projects we have going on in Coppell:
Bethel Road, Phase I
I gave Keith access to a “pre-final” set of Bethel Road, Phase I plans last week. I’m still revising the
incentive/disincentive in the contract documents based on conversations Keith and I had over the past
couple of days. I’ll get a revised version of the contract documents to Keith first thing next week.
We plan to get signed/sealed Bethel Plans to you guys next week barring any comments.
Coppell Road
I’ve discussed with our structural department making revisions to the headwalls along Coppell Road.
I’m making a site visit today to get pictures for them. We’ll have a recommendation for any changes
that are needed to the headwalls.
Old Town Coppell/ Main Street
Keith informed me that he will be using Coppell’s contract language for this contract.
We are performing earthwork calculations for the site to determine the amount of fill needed. I’ll
update you as soon as it’s complete.
