Dear Mr. Jackson:
Enclosed are the following items regarding two parcels of land
required for Right-of-Way in Heartz Road. These two parecls are
north of Sandy Lake Road and east of the proposed Heartz Road
centerline.
1. Letter from Mr. Jay Chester of ABQ Development to Mr. Alan
Ratliff with enclosures referenced therein.
2. Two copies of a preliminary plan and profile drawing of
proposed Heartz Road north of Sandy Lake Road.
3. Two copies of a sketch of the boundaries of the parcels
required for Right-of-Way in Heartz Road north of Sandy Lake
which also shows the relationship of these parcels to the
proposed Right-of-Way. These boundaries are in accordance
with legal descriptions attached with Item No. 1 above. All
other property required for Heartz Road Right-of-Way between
Sandy Lake Road and Parkway Boulevard will be dedicated by
ABQ Development or Parks of Coppell Joint Venture II.
The exhibit also shows two proposed easements adjacent to'
the east Right-of-Way lines. A ten foot easement will
contain either a cut or fill slope from the proposed Right-
of-Way elevation to existing ground level. A twenty-five
foot temporary easement adjacent to the east Right-of-Way is
suggested for construction uses. This temporary easement
may be abandoned upon construction completion.
4. Two copies of a proposed Final Plat of Heartz Road north of
Sandy Lake Road submitted jointly by ABQ Development
Corporation and Parks of Coppell Joint Venture II.
