Please review attached work order for 1515 Glade point. Resident has issue with storm drain that is located in her
backyard. She has to continually call FD out to rescue her dog that falls into "box ". We were out there a few years
ago and placed rebar around to keep the children out, but the dog can get through.
Since neither Per or Glenn are in today, could someone from Engineering check this out? Ms. Putt stated that
Engineering was involved before.
