Plat will be recorded prior to construction, therefore a replat will be necessary to finalize the Floodplain per LOMR. 2. Provide correspondence approving the street, alley & utility crossing the gas easement. 3. Label maintenance responsibility for lot lx & 2x on HOA Paving Plan - 4. Is there enough clearance over gas main for roadway? (lime mixer ?) 5. Concrete Pavement uses #4 bars and not #3. 6. Use different type of Inlet in alleys. 7. Alley along Lot 1 Block A move or add inlet prior or directly at 90° Bend. 8. Fill of Existing pond will need to be in 12" lifts & tested all the way up. — High level of concern. Utility Plan - 9. Concerned on the condition of the Existing MH. Grading Plan - 10. Section B -B — will need a rail to protect pedestrians. 11. How will HOA access floodplain area for maintenance? 12. Several locations on GR plan have greater than 4:1 slope — revise. 13. Show proposed contours on plan & add to DAM. 52.0- 14. Add grading elevations to retaining wall. 15. All of wall needs to be outside ROW. 17. How deep is bedrock? 18. May want to use a plate and bolts for PR1 connection to anchor. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review.
