Doug Kolberg won't be in town until next week. Let's try to meet after Plan Review on Tuesday at 9:15 am at
Fire Admin. I have already spoken with Mr. Oates and have been given the go ahead. I have confirmed it with
Doug and he will bring his engineer and architect. I hope to see you there so we can hash through these items.
I have attached the major items below.

1. Construction of the new service center drive will be required if you plan to tie-in with the current drive as
shown. The utilities along Coppell Road have changed.
2. There are 105 parking spaces shown to be constructed and this will not be adequate to serve this facility.
Ideally, all the parking that will be constructed with Phase One should be hatched or shown on a plan. The
approved parking was one space for every three seats.
3. The Fire Department is okay with the Site Plan as shown, but if the plans change they will need to make sure
that a fire lane meets our requirements. (maximum 150' dead-end fire lane). The floor plan needs a fire riser
room and we can offer suggestions and requirements as to where it should be located.
4. The occupancy shown on the previous PD plan was 350 and this floor plan indicates that there will be 560
seats + other areas?
There are other technical items that need to be shown on the plan, but we can address these after we figure
out a solution to these issues...
