I have received many invoices from you regarding flagging charges for Coppell Road.
these charges include time not spent on the project and one day that the flagger was canceled.
We have not signed any agreement that stated we would pay a minimum of 8 hours each
day, nor did we know that this was your policy. Had we been given that information we could have
scheduled our work differently to accommodate less visits.
I am wanting to get you paid for the time spent on this project and believe it fair to pay for
a minimum of four hours each day. But the 8 hour minimum is absurd since the maximum time spent
onsite was four hours and most of the time it was less than two.
Your invoices have been directed to the City of Coppell which is incorrect, thus they have
forwarded them to me. Please review and respond so that we may get these invoices resolved and paid.
