Yes, it is my desire to use the existing pay items for this work. I
plan to add the quantities to the change order we are taking to City
Council on 4/27, but only because we are already taking a change order.
I have no problem with you proceeding with the work.

It is my understanding that you intend to pay us with the existing pay
items for concrete removal and 8" concrete paving items correct? If so
can we start the work without a change order or do we need to go thru
the process?

reconstruction. Final quantities will be as established in the field
