Keith - refresh my memory...I had a rough end of the week. You wanted a
letter explaining that, aside from flagging, our contractors RSI and
Trac-Work have completed all signal and crossing surface work, and
reference/attach the invoice you sent?

Here is the invoice in question. Ideally, I would like this invoice revised
to reflect full payment for the crossing and signal work. If that is not
possible, a letter to that affect would suffice.
