Attached is the exhibit for the Tate Driveway on Freeport Parkway (south). We will need to confirm the house
and existing driveway location since it was not surveyed and is not visible by aerial due to the trees. We used
acceptable drive grades (10-12%) to get the driveway from the future elevation to the existing grades at the
extents of the slope easement. Give me a call, and I can walk through it with you or if you have comments.
