Dear Howard' ~ '
Enclosed is a map demonstrating survey data we have obtained on
the existing sanitary sewer in the vicinity of Parkway Boulevard
and future Heartz Road. Found manholes and elevations are given.
Also shown is the approximate location of a sanitary sewer
manhole on the 27.561 area tract north of Parkway Boulevard that
we could not find. The surveyors also advised me that they could
not see the eight-inch sewer line coming in from the south at the
manhole located where the eight-inch sewer should confluence with
the 24-inch trunk sewer in Cottonwood Branch.
We have began preparation of construction plans for improvements
in Heartz Road from Parkway Boulevard to Sandy Lake Road. Please
advise me of the City requirements for sanitary sewer
improvements in this section of Heartz Road based on the sewer
study we previously submitted to the City on Devember 1, 1988.
The results of our study indicated that the capacity of the
existing, sanitary sewer in future Heartz Road is deficient from a
point approximately 1000 feet north of Sandy Lake Road to the
Cottonwood Branch Trunk Sewer when the service area is fully
developed. This conclusion is based on service areas
confluencing with the Heartz Road sewer in accordance with
assumptions made in our study.
I also request that the City provide assistance in locating the
existing sanitary sewer manhole on the 27.561 acre tract and the
connection point to the existing trunk sewer. Please contact me

Thank you.
