RE: Meeting with Red Hawk contractor representative from Kart Construction
On this date George Marshall and I met with Jerry Morgan of Kart Construction in regard to a fax
received on September 29 (attached). The fax contained allegations regarding an employee of Kart.
No judgments on the validity of the information were made during the meeting, but we as
representatives of the City of Coppell reiterated that appropriate supervision must be onsite at all
times during the course of the project. Also stated to Mr. Morgan was that the Trench Safety Plan
must be strictly followed at all times.
