Dear Mr. Garza:
Pursuant to the City of Coppell's review of the above referenced project, Goodwin and Marshall,
Inc. (G &M) offers the following explanations and revisions to the construction plans. For ease
of reference, the following responses are generally organized by the comment number as it is
listed within the Construction Plan Review Comments letter.
1. "Park West Commerce Center Lot 3R Block 5" has been added to the cover sheet.
2. The recording number of the filed partial release agreement has been included on the plat
as well as the original REA recording number
3. The pavement sections have been revised per Alpha Geotechnical Report G110769 dated
July 25, 2011 to 7" and 6" reinforced concrete for fire lanes and parking areas,
respectively, installed on compacted subgrade per said geotechnical report. A separate
letter requesting this change was submitted to the City on September 28, 2011, along with
a copy of the geotechnical report.
4. It is noted that the contractor and/or developer is responsible for coordinating with the
neighboring property owner /manager in regards to the storm drain revisions within their
property.
5. The FDC has been revised to a 4" line.
6. The inlet has been move five feet to the west so that there is a five foot portion of straight
curb between the tangent point of the driveway radius and the beginning of the ten foot
transition of the recessed curb inlet.
