The date and time for the submission of bids has been changed to Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 2:00
pm. The location for the submission of bids remains at the City of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway
Blvd, Coppell TX 75019.
All questions concerning the bid documents are now due Friday August 26, 2011 by 5:00 pm. All
addendums will be issued no later than 2:00 pm on Monday August 29, 2011. Addendum No. 2
addressing bid document modifications to follow.
The following additions, deletions, modifications, or clarifications shall be made to the
appropriate sections of the plans and specifications and shall become a part of the Contract
Documents. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the
Bid form.
