We're waiting for any comments from you before we finalize the report. I'm to get you a proposal for the permitting by early next week. I was planning on expanding that for the design and geotechnical components so you'll have that info as well. Is there anything else you need from us at this time? Thanks JLR John L. Rutledge, P.E. Ken Griffin >>> Clay Phillips 6/15/2011 12:14 PM >>> ]ay, we are in need of the information below to assist our engineering firm in their analysis and cost estimates for the spillway reclamation that we will be doing assuming all of the other f1ile: / /C: \Documents and Settengs \lhenderson \Local S 10/6/2011 Page 2 of 2 items are concluded and the land closings proceed. The info we are requesting is: - boring logs, lab testing, and geotechnical report from the spillway enhancements performed in the late 1990's. - lake level records for the last two years - plans showing the discharge box and valuing for the 42" water line that was used historically to pump water into the lake I believe I also mentioned that Bob Hager and Charles Jordan are working on the necessary document to move the original closing to completion. The Oncor "take" needs to be dealt with in the appropriate manner for this to proceed. Just left you a rambling voicemail containing this info. Long and short of it is that I will be out of town from Friday through July 4. I would really like to visit before I leave if possible. Thanks for your help on this.
