We're trying to work this access issue out. This time Luminant wants certificates of insurance before
they allow access to the property. We have our's. However, there was not a certificate of insurance
included in your contract. I know the contract language discusses liability and indemnification.
However, what we need is a certificate of insurance from F&N that also names the city of Coppell as
an additionally insured party.
