City's estimated costs to cancel Sandy Lake Rd project are provided below. I do not anticipate any
additional charges at this time but Kelly's caveat should be noted. I will close our system to further
charges at this time.
If the City decides to cancel the project please provide a letter of termination per our discussion.

The subject CSJ is still active in FIMS. So, the figures I am going to give you do not include any salaries
not yet posted.
As of 1/26/2011:
Total Spent to Date: $101,157.71
LG Amt on Deposit: 9,594.24
Amount Due from LG: $ 91,563.47
David Smith will need to be notified to inactivate this CSJ in FIMS. Also, I will need a letter or e-mail from
the LG stating they wish to cancel this project.
