This streetscape was supposed to be built as the lots Cottage 7 – Cottage 10 are developed. The sidewalk from Burnet Street to Houston will create problems for us building Cottage 10. We may need to deal with grades there and ask that the City defer its construction. PV-18 Please remove the labeling “Stripe for Firelane” from the plan. The future driveway parallel to Hammond will be designated as a firelane. CT-2 Correct Atmos Energy plan to match CT-1? Is it relevant to the contractor? UT-1 Correct residential driveway layouts. Verify water service locations against Darling plan. UT-2 Could the water meters be located within ten feet of the property lines instead of the center of each lot where a walk is likely (Cottages 5-13)? The 6” fire line serving Restaurant F1 appears to align with the building pad. Is there a reason to put this at the front door of the building? The fire riser room will be located back of house. The water service makes more sense from the west. The 6” fire line serving Restaurant F2 appears to align with the building pad. Is there a reason to put this at the front door of the building? The fire riser room will be located back of house. The water service makes more sense from the east. Where is the 1” irrigation tap for Restaurant F1? This site will require irrigation in the rear yard. Where is the 1” irrigation tap for Restaurant F2? This site will require irrigation in the rear yard. Where is the 1” irrigation for Restaurant Parking Lot P1? Where is the 1” irrigation for Restaurant Parking Lot P2? Correct residential driveway layouts. Verify water service locations against Darling plan. UT-8 Correct residential driveway layouts. Verify water service locations against Darling plan. UT-9 Correct residential driveway layouts. Verify water service locations against Darling plan. UT-14 Shows a 6” sanitary sewer line to property line on Houston Street. Is it for the developer? There’s a 6” line shown near the dumpster also. If these are for us, we only need one to each lot and a 4” is sufficient. UT-15 Could we show the sanitary sewer lines for the restaurants under the driveways? It will help us with future greasetrap positioning and connections. Grading Plan Are the final grades determined?
