Keith,
I want to make sure that we're on the same page with the water services to the future retail, office,
restaurants and townhomes. Are we installing meters to these lots with this project or are we only
providing the setters? Our current spec is titled "Domestic Water Service Installation with Meter". My
notes from our meeting last week state that we are just providing the 3/4" meter setter. I think I need to
update the spec and cost estimate if we are not including meters with the water services.

We are still on schedule to advertise Friday and have plans in our office on Wednesday the 10th.
Also, I updated the prices for purchasing plans from our office.
