Keith – See Jane’s note below about an option we’ve used very successfully on other projects. Let me know if
you are okay with this.

CivCast has been wonderful to use! The project is put into our regular construction services website with the
link. The Contractors, Owners, Engineers, etc., can all download the specs and plans and it automatically tracks
the planholders. Also, when issuing an Addendum or changing bid dates, etc., the system generates instant e-
mails to all who have downloaded.
There is specific language to be used for the Bid Invitation (attached) and then the PM needs to furnish me with
a pdf of the specs and plans.
Let me know if you need further explanation. We’ve been using CivCast for a while and it works very efficiently
and our clients (including NTMWD) really like the results (you will see more primes, subs, suppliers, etc. that pick
up when it can be downloaded for free) as well as the cost savings on printing costs, the DCS time (i.e., old way
of sending Addendums result in my time of about 2 hours – CivCast about 5 minutes).

I would suggest bidcast if we are handling the bidding. (I'm sure Jane would to) it's very convenient and
