Ron,
I checked on one of your parking options and you are not able to use the proposed parking along Burnet street
to fulfill your parking needs. Parking along this road is not intended for this type of conversion of residential to
business. Instead, the required parking shall be provided for on-site. You might double check with the
Engineering Department to see if they would allow for some of the proposed parking to be provided along your
side of Coppell Road as you had initially inquired.
Thanks,
Matt

Thanks Ron.
I talked it over with Gary and he did not seem to have a problem with half of the
building being used for medical office and half being used for a residence. I'll check
with Engineering to see if they'll allow you to install on-street parking in this location
and I'll check with Building Inspections to see what they classify the current user as.
They'll also know about Building Code Requirements.
Thanks,
Matt

I havent had a chance to evaluate the two small commercial buildings in the back, I
was more concerned with the parking, and following the intent of the old town coppell
plan relating to the properties usage

Thanks Ron. What are you proposing to do with the two out buildings?

I am proposing on street parking for 709 Coppell road, and a determination if the unit
as it is approved right now, a single story front/rear duplex can be used as a multi
use, or if both units need to be residential, or if both units need to be commercial.
This will impact the parking requirement.

Ron,
I was hoping for an email stating what you are proposing, so I could forward it along.

matt, this is the email u asked me to send u to remind you about asking if the city
wants parkiing in front of this house, and if whoever buys it can use it as it was built
and intended, as a multi-unit on the ground floor, and if there is a rule that prohibits
commercial usage of one or the other of these units, thanks
