Can you also update the Developer Cost spreadsheet. I believe all of the gas line should be allocated to
him. We also have been directed to remove the cost of the water and sewer mains in the alleys behind
the residential lots from his cost. The developer will still be responsible for the taps and services though.
I'm meeting with Clay and Mindi this morning, so I may have additional comments on the cost allocation
after that meeting.

Attached is our updated construction cost estimate. The gas line was the most recent addition with the
cost information coming from a contractor on Atmos' approved listing.
