Keith -
I could meet on Friday or on Tuesday morning. Ross is looking at the paving/drainage sheets for issues
and will go over the quantities again. I'll have him talk with Caleb before he heads out for vacation to
make sure that we have captured the lessons learned from previous projects. If we meet on Friday, I'd
like to bring Ross with me since Dan will still be out on vacation. It helps to have two people there to listen
and capture all of the discussion. If we wait until Tuesday, Dan will be able to attend. Either way is fine
with me and I think we'll be fine to get the drawings sealed and prints made either way.

When do you want to get together to go over the plans? I could do this Friday, or Monday or Tuesday next
week.
I'm continuing to find a number of discrepancies between call-out on the paving plan vs. the drainage plan.
Please continue your internal QC process during our review, as we may not catch everything here. Please
double check the quantities too. I know we had some quantity busts the last couple of projects, and it
would be nice to keep that to a minimum here.

Attached is our updated construction cost estimate. The gas line was the most recent addition with the
cost information coming from a contractor on Atmos' approved listing.
