Construction Plan Review Comments (4` submittal)
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
General Notes —
1. Include your firm registration number.
2. See sheet 25 of the Sandy Lake Rd plans as reference for tying in. (Attached)
Paving Plan —
3. Include the typical paving section on the paving plan. We now require #4 bars on 18”
centers.
4. Minimum required vertical curve is 100'.
5. Make sure that you have a max 2% cross slope where the proposed crosswalk will be.
6. Show the future Sandy Lake Rd. with the sidewalks and ADA ramps. If you need a copy of
the plans let us know.
Grading plan —
7. Show elevation points from adjacent property line to the east.
Utility Plan and Profile —
8. Include drainage area map on separate sheet.
9. Include quantity of meters and sizes.
10. Can the water line be placed outside of the paving?
11. Tie into the 8" waterline in Whispering Hills.
12. Why so many bends in the waterline?
13. A portion of the storm drain easement is not on the plat, you will need to revise it.
14. It looks like there are a couple of trees that will need to be removed to install the utilities.
15. Label the storm and sanitary sewer profiles.
16. Label whether it is existing grade or future grade on the profile.

There may be additional comments throughout the plans that need to be addressed. Please make
the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two (2) sets of revised plans to
