I received a copy of your letter to my client, Mr. Jalal Khorrami, dated
September 23, 2008. 1 tried you by phone this morning and left you a
message. Please update me on the City's position. As discussed
before, Mr. Khorrami wants to work with the City to complete this
transaction. With the current market, I assume this project has been
delayed.
