Dear Mr. Baker:
Please find enclosed a copy of the city of Coppell's Street
Department punchlist for items needing addressed on the above
referenced project. Please address these items at this time.
We still have not received prices for the relocation of the
school flasher, and also for the landscape, irrigation and street
lighting foundations. Your attention to this would be greatly
appreciated. As stated earlier, city Council will only be
meeting once in November and once in December. We would like to
expedite the change order for this work so that we can release to
you any retainage that may be possible.
Regarding the decorative rail and metal guardrail, it is the
City's desire to see the installation of these two items pursued
at this time prior to winter weather and the holidays. This
construction also would provide for the removal of the barricades
along the lake upon its completion.
Please take the appropriate action necessary to facilitate these
requests.
