ST8505-CS 881103 (2)GINN, INC. November 3, 1988 Mr. Tom Parsons TU Electric P.O. Box 819061 Farmers Branch, TX Re: 75381 Belt Line Road (South) Improvements Coppell, TX Dear Mr. Parsons: As follow-up to previous conversations with yourself and Mr. Mike Guyton of your office regarding the above referenced project, please advise our office as to the status or determination of a site on the North Lake Generating Plant property to plant 48 hardwood seedlings. As stated before, this is a requirement of the Corps of Engineers on the City of Coppell for filling in a portion of the lake. We would be happy to participate with you at whatever level necessary to facilitate a decision being made. The City of Coppell desires to fully comply with the Nationwide Permit issued to them and also sees the potential to add to the aesthetics of the plant property at the same time. If there are any problems, please advise, otherwise, a decision would seem appropriate at this time. Sincerely, x~ /L. Kevin Peiffet, P.E. cc: Alan D.
