Please find attached copies of letters and documentatiQn
which was submitted to the Texas Parks and Wildlife
Department and Grants-in-Aid Section for their review and
approval to build Parkway Boulevard as platted and submitted
in the park grant application in 1982. As you can see from
Mr. Hogsett's letter of July 5th, he concurs that the road
as shown on the plat is outside of the park project
boundary, and if built within the alignment doesn't require
any approval from them. It is, therefore, requested that
you immediately proceed to design, develop, and build
Parkway Boulevard in this right-of-way. You should submit
your plans to the City Engineer for review and acceptance.
