Tim Hogsett of Texas Parks and Wild-i~fe returned a call to me
at approximately 1:15 p.m. on this date with a r6sponse to our
City's inquiry outlined in Alan Ratliff's letter of June 29, 1988.
Tim stated that the proposed roadway as indicate~ in the aliEnment
provided in our Phase I grant application was outside the park
project boundary and does not constitute a conversion. He will
be forwarding this in writing to us (the City) on July 1, 1988.
