Dear Russell:
Reference our letter of September 21, 1988 regarding review of
plans for the above referenced project. We had requested that
the plans be returned no later than September 30, 1988. As of
this point in time, we have not received any response from you.
We will assume that there are no conflicts with your facilities
and the proposed construction and that you have no comment.
If you have returned the plans recently or our letters have
crossed in the mail, please contact us. We need to resolve any
conflicts as soon as possible. The owners will be bidding the
project around November 1, 1988.
