Dear Russell:
Reference is made to the attached Speed Letter. John Karlsruher
will prepare a council agenda item with supporting documents for
your signature. We do feel that this should be approved by City
Council.
There will not be any extra charges for the preparation of the
agenda item. We will absorb this in our design percentage fees.
Russ, here again, this is a situation whereby we tried to include
you, for your sake of knowledge of the project. We assure you
that we have control of this project and that more project
