Thanks for following up with me. I'm not upset about the phone call, and I certainly won't hold it against
you. I am disappointed, and somewhat frustrated with Freese and Nichols over some of these project
issues. I don't have time to get into it now, but maybe we can discuss some of them when you're here on
the 12th.

Caleb told me that you were upset that I didn't call you back on Monday. I'm very sorry about that. I was
out at a meeting when you called. By the time I got back to the office, Chris Poteet had already talked
with you. I was running from one fire to the other (mostly dealing with your project and another that Caleb
has just starting construction, not to mention my own projects)! It was a crazy day. I should have called
you anyway to check in. Hope you don't hold it against me!
Also, just to let you know, I've been very disappointed in the quality issues we have had with our recent
projects for you in regards to quantities, etc. I have implemented some new actions and am working on
an overhaul of our QC process to specifically address this. Coppell has been a long standing good client
for us and I don't want these recent issues to change that. I just wanted you to know that I'm addressing
it and will make sure that we don't have similar problems in the future. Do you think it would be beneficial
for me to meet with you to review all of the issues from your perspective? I'm assuming that I'm getting
all that through Caleb, but it wouldn't hurt to hear the concerns directly from you. I'm willing to buy your
lunch or stop by for a few minutes if you have the time to talk. Just let me know!
