Construction on Southwestern/Beltline
Don Poulsen Complaint Verbally Registered to Alan
Ratliff, 9-22-88, 10:15 a.m.
I received a complaint from a very upset Don Poulsen
regarding poorly marked construction on Southwestern and
Beltline Roads. Mr. Poulsen advised on Wednesday evening he
made a left-hand turn from Southwestern onto Beltline which
resulted in his oil pan being knocked off his automobile.
As previously stated, his main compliant was that he felt
the construction was poorly marked and could result in much
more serious problems if left in its present condition.
Please investigate this complaint and determine if the
contractor needs to identify the construction in a more
visible manner. Advise your findings and/or remedies.
