Enclosed is a preliminary set of paving plan/profile sheets and
drainage design for the above referenced project.
We request your review of these plans to determine whether your
facilities are in conflict with the proposed construction. We
have "highlighted" those facilities, specifically, that we would
like your confirmation regarding (as applicable): location, both
horizontally and vertically, size, type, material, dimensions to
known points or object, or any similar information you can
provide that will help identify your facilities.
Please feel free to write directly on the prints provided. The
information you submit will be utilized in the design of the
proposed improvements.
We would request that the plans be returned no later than
September 30, 1988. If you should have any questions, or require
additional time, please contact us. We appreciate your
cooperation in this matter.
