Dear Mr. Kincade:
We have received your letter of June 17th and have provided
copies of your letter and the maps to the Mayor and City
Council for their information. We have told the Mayor and
City Council that it is our intention to place this on their
July 12th City Council Agenda, at which time you are invited
to make a brief presentation on the project and respond to
questions. As we previously discussed, one issue that
continues to concern us is the long-term impact on the
proposed Elm Fork Turnpike project. We would ask that you
provide us with your comments on that impact, as well as
provide us with the Resolution you have volunteered to
prepare. This Resolution and information should be provided
to my office by no later than noon Tuesday, July 5th.
Should you be unable to provide this information and/or your
response by the date indicated, please let me know.
