I wrote you a letter recently remindin$ you of the City's obligation to
construct the north lane of Parkway Blvd. adjacent to the City par~ site.
This was discussed with Wayne Oinn early in 1985 and ~ayne requested an
approximation of the projected costs for the City's portion. Please
