Matt and Brad –
You have probably gotten to take a look at our 60% plan submittal by now and I’m sure you realized quickly
that the landscape plans were not very far along. I need to get our landscape architect in to meet with you. He
has some design questions and concepts that he wants to discuss related to our streetscape design. I think Ken
and Keith may be interested as well as I know that they had some concerns about how the landscaping
interacts with the pavement, etc. I’m really not sure who wants or needs to be involved in the discussion.
Maybe we should just meet with Brad and then send copies of the meeting minutes to everyone else?
Please let me know how you want to handle and let me know if any of these dates/times are available for a
meeting:
June 7, 3pm or later
June 8, 8:30 am
June 16, 2pm or later
June 17, morning or afternoon
June 18, noon or later
Thanks and try to stay cool this weekend!
Trish

Trish,
I apologize. We jumped the gun! The plats will not start the Planning Process until next submittal which is June
14, 2010. The reason for this is because we want them to track with the PD Conceptual Plans for the overall
tract and the Detail Plans for the Pavilion/Farmers Market Lot which is anticipated to be submitted next cycle. I
will keep the plats here in my office and hopefully in mid-June we will begin the Planning Process...
Thanks,
Matt
