Keith,
See below for info on Gas service and easement requirements. I'll talk to Chris Poteet about
conversations he's had with other utility companies as well. Also, Trish is Fort Worth all day today, but I
called and left her a message detailing what we talked about.
Thanks

Chris we have gas located on Coppell, Bethel, and Burns to serve this site.
1) We can bring gas from South Coppell Rd or Bethel Rd.
2) A 10 foot utility easement would be required once on site.
3) No duchtbank would be required. May require crossing if not installed doing development phase. We
can joint trench with other utilities such as electric, cable or phone.
4) No above ground easements required. Just underground where we are not in right-of-way.
We normally run behind curb in ROW. If no ROW is there then we would run behind curb in a 10 foot
utility easement.
Please let me know if more information is required and you have any questions or comments.
Thanks

George, this will probably provide a better understanding on where the townhouses (TH) are going,
cottages, retail and restaurants.
We basically need to know where you look to run service.
Where would you bring it from? South Coppell Rd? Bethel Rd? Where would it enter the site?
What type of easement would you need?
Would you need any conduit prepositioned underground? Any ductbank?
What about any easement for any surface facilities?
The bottom line is that we would like to incorporate any Atmos requirements in this site / civil (paving)
portion of the plans. That way there would be limited requirements to dig up new paving when they build
out the development and Atmos has to run their service.
I appreciate you looking into this for me.

George, these are the products that we are working off of.
Our objective is to just see what kind of Atmos facilities we need to plan on as part of the site / civil
(paving) plan.
We'll discuss early next week.
Thanks

Gary,
My name is Chris Poteet. I am the franchise utility coordinator for Freese & Nichols.
I have attached our 30% plans for the Old Town Coppell development.
It is a City project.
We are doing the paving plan and city utilities and need to coordinate the franchise utilities as well.
I need to discuss how Atmos could feed / meter this area based on your existing facilities nearby.
Previously, this was a soccer field complex and did have some lighting but probably not gas service.
Please take a look at the plans and the exhibit and let's discuss on Monday.
If I should be coordinating through someone else at Atmos, based on the type of project, please point me
in that direction also.
Thanks
Chris
