Gentlemen,
We have 65% plans in for the development of the Carter Crowley property. I know Scott sends you
notifications for all submittals, but this one is rather unique. This development will include water, sewer,
paving, drainage, a new traffic signal, and considerable sidewalk and landscaping. We are acting as the
developer for this work, and we will administer the construction.
I plan to meet with the design engineer on Thursday to go over our comments. If you have a chance to
stop by our office and look these plans over between now and then, your input would be appreciated.
