Dear Mr. Trando:
Enclosed are three (3) copies of Application for Payment No. 17
in the amount of $296,613.85 from Ed Bell Construction Company,
representing work performed on the above referenced project
through July 31, 1988.
We have reviewed this application and recommend that payment in
full be made at this time.
In addition, please be advised that the work described under
Change Order No. One (1) has been completed. This work is to be
funded by Connell Development Company via an existing escrow
account. At this time, it would be appropriate to draw upon the
escrow account. The City should have the escrow agreement on
file. We shall provide you, in the next few days, a detailed
summary of quantities and costs under separate memo.
