By receipt of this letter, you are hereby issued a Notice to
Proceed with Construction on the above referenced project, on or
before September 1, 1988. Per the contract, 90 calendar days are
provided for this work. The contract completion date shall be
November 29, 1988.
Upon receipt of your revised insurance coverages for workmen's
compensation, we shall bind the contract sets and provide you two
fully executed copies of the Contract Documents and
Specifications for your records. In addition, six (6) sets of
construction plans are provided, herewith, for your use, as per
the contract.
A fully executed copy of Change Order No. One (1) will also be
sent to you for your records and can be found bound in the
contract sets.
